This is an in-clinic scalp treatment aimed at supporting follicles that remain, supporting the skin’s repair response, increasing circulation, and reducing shedding over a course. It is not a hair transplant, and we will not promise you something your follicles cannot do. We will look first, talk honestly, and decide from there.
How it works
Scalp microchanneling creates tiny controlled channels in the scalp. Those channels trigger the body’s healing response, increase circulation around the follicle, and let a topical reach further than it would if it were only sitting on the surface.
The usual approach pairs the channels with a topical rather than relying on the channels alone. At Laser Loft, scalp microchanneling uses ProCell and is a 75-minute appointment.
An at-home roller is not the same treatment, because the needles are far shorter and the risks are different.

A hair transplant is surgery that moves healthy follicles from a donor area of the scalp to a thinning area, and it requires enough healthy donor hair. What we do is an in-clinic scalp appointment that works with the follicles you still have.
Laser Loft does not perform hair transplants or PRP; Hair Restoration at Laser Loft is scalp microchanneling and PDGF Hair Restoration, and it does not involve a blood draw.

Microchanneling of the scalp is generally used for pattern thinning, and hair loss with another cause behind it usually needs that cause looked at first.
The usual advice with hair loss is that starting earlier tends to go better than waiting. Before booking, providers commonly ask about bleeding or clotting disorders, blood thinners, anything active on the scalp, heavy scarring or slow healing, a weakened immune system, current cancer treatment to the area, ongoing scalp conditions, acne medication including isotretinoin, and a history of cold sores.
